  1. The attention to detail is absolutely amazing! Review by Unknown Customer

'This book is a must for any Level 42 or bass player, the attention to detail is absolutely amazing. If you own Volume 5 then you must buy 1 to 4.' (Posted on 9/18/09)

  2. Exceptional quality and highly recommended study material! Review by Unknown Customer

'WOW! At last after years of waiting for a book like this, here at last it is! The books are very well presented in a spiral bound format, which helps when you want to select a particular song, you don't have to fight with the book to keep it open! The transcriptions are truly amazing and definitely help me learn a lot with my Bass playing. A great insight into Mark King's playing and some truly stunning music which I doubt I will ever have the ability to play properly!! Well worth the purchase, exceptional quality and highly recommended study material!' (Posted on 9/18/09)

  3. Thumbs up! Review by Unknown Customer

'I was pleased to promptly receive my Level 42 Vol. 5 book. Stuart Clayton did a great job with the transcriptions of 20 L42 songs. It speaks very highly of his playing ability and of his ears to be able to pick up what Mark King is laying down on his bass. I would highly recommend Stuart's work on this volume to anyone who wants a bass workout or just enjoys Level 42 music. Thumbs Up...' (Posted on 9/18/09)

  4. The complete series is brilliantly produced Review by Unknown Customer

'Stuart is the first player who has dedicated a series of bass transcriptions to Mark King. The complete series is brilliantly produced. It has both music notation and bass tabs, there are explanations about each of the songs and also technique notes. I remember receiving the first volume and picking through the parts I had always wanted to play. This volume completes the series and I urge all players to purchase any if not all of the books. These are serious basslines from one of the finest exponents of the art, its not just full of slap any Mark King fan will tell you he is not just a one trick pony. I want to thank Stuart for his hard work and dedication for producing a super series of books. I only wish these books would have been available when I first started playing, when I was young and had time to work on the basslines. Don't take my word for it, dust the bass down and play to your hearts content.' (Posted on 9/18/09)
