Recording has begun on the audio files that will accompany the forthcoming Solo Arrangements for Electric Bass book. Two complete songs have been uploaded for your listening pleasure: solo arrangements of Sting’s classic ‘Shape of My Heart’ and a medley of Genesis songs: ‘Blood on the Rooftops’, ‘Mad Man Moon’ and ‘Firth of Fifth’. I’ve just noticed that Fur Elise is no longer listed as being one of the solos in the book.
Is this the case ? I was really looking forward to seeing this one included.

Hi Steve,
I removed it because I just haven’t had the time to learn it well enough to record it. Plus, the book was slightly too big and needed to be trimmed down because of the size of the binding. It will be added to the site later in the year as a download.
